Toughness

The”Tianlong”nylon thermal break has good toughness and low-temperature performance. and its impact strength is higher than that of similar products from advanced foreign manufacturers.We have increased the impact strength from 35KJ/m’ to 75KJ/m，which is beneficial for reducing the usage temperature to -50 degrees Celsius and preventing cracking after external force on the crimping saw cutting.

Modulus

The thermal break increases the bending modulus from 4500MPa to 5500MPa,which is beneficial for reducing the creep degree of long-term opening and closing of doors and windows.

MICRO EXHIBITION

Tianlong uses high-quality raw materials to make a thermal break. The microstructure in the figure shows that the internal glass fiber structure of thermal fracture is a multi-layer “X” arranged network structure, which ensures the mechanical properties of the product are more guaranteed. We can customize glass fiber content as needed, such as PA66GF25, PA66GF30, PA66GF35, etc
